Late payment policy: Payment for the term is to be made in advance. If your child attends the class without your invoice being cleared, an admin fee of £10 will be automatically added. This covers the extra staffing hours it takes to recover late payments. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and we are always happy to work with our families to find a mutually beneficial solution. If you anticipate any issues with making your payment before the start of term, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work out an alternative arrangement.
