Find the Right Dance Class for Your Child
The Elite Dancers Academy offers dance classes for children and teenagers across Wimbledon, Southfields, Chiswick and Streatham. Our timetable gives families a clear pathway through dance, from Little Robins Baby Ballet and Demi Doves Toddler Ballet through to RAD ballet grades, Acro, Jazz, Lyrical, Commercial Dance and Competitive Dance.
RAD ballet is an important part of what we offer. Students can progress through the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus from Pre-Primary Ballet and Primary Ballet into the graded levels, with exam preparation offered when each dancer is ready. Our approach is structured, supportive and focused on building strong technique, posture, musicality, confidence and a genuine love of dance.
For younger children, Little Robins Baby Ballet and Demi Doves Toddler Ballet provide a gentle and enjoyable introduction to movement, music and imagination. These classes help children develop coordination, rhythm, listening skills and independence in a warm and encouraging environment. Families looking for baby ballet or toddler ballet in Wimbledon, Southfields, Chiswick or Streatham can use the timetable above to find the most suitable class.
For children who enjoy energetic, skill-based movement, Acro is available in Wimbledon, Southfields and Chiswick. Acro classes give dancers the chance to work on strength, flexibility, balance and floor-based skills such as cartwheels, handstands and walkovers. Our Acro classes focus on safe progressions and correct technique, helping students become strong, confident and well-rounded movers.
Jazz and Lyrical Dance are available in Wimbledon and Chiswick. Jazz helps students develop energy, rhythm, strength and performance style, while Lyrical Dance encourages expressive movement, musicality and confidence. These classes are a popular choice for children and teenagers who enjoy learning choreography and performing to music.
Commercial Dance is available in Southfields and Chiswick for older children and teenagers who enjoy upbeat routines, current music and performance-based choreography. It is a great option for students who want a fun, energetic class that builds confidence, stamina and stage presence.
We also offer Competitive Dance opportunities across our locations for committed students who are ready for a higher level of training. Our competition teams are by invitation and are designed for dancers who enjoy performing, working as part of a team and developing their technique further.
Each area has its own carefully planned timetable. In Wimbledon, families can find Little Robins Baby Ballet, Demi Doves Toddler Ballet, RAD ballet grades, Acro, Jazz, Lyrical, Competitive Dance, private lessons and a small adult ballet class. In Southfields, we offer RAD ballet grades, Demi Doves Toddler Ballet, Acro, Commercial Dance, Ballet Squad and Competitive Dance. In Chiswick, students can attend RAD ballet grades, Demi Doves Toddler Ballet, Acro, Jazz, Lyrical, Commercial Dance, Pointe Work and Competitive Dance. In Streatham, families can find Demi Doves Toddler Ballet, RAD ballet grades, Pointe Work and Competitive Dance.
