The ELITE of Elite
The Elite competition team is not just a group of dancers; they are a dynamic force of over 60 homegrown talents, each nurtured within our own academy. It is expected that all students chosen to be in the team will train in multiple classes weekly. Our powerhouse team has consistently demonstrated their skill and passion on national stages, culminating in becoming finalists and champions, and proudly representing Team England at the 2025 Dance World Cup.
We attribute our continued success to the unwavering commitment and loyalty of our dancers. At Elite, we believe that excellence is not achieved by chance but through persistent dedication. As such, we uphold a standard of 100% commitment from every team member, ensuring that each dancer not only meets but exceeds the expectations that come with wearing the Elite badge.
Auditions for the squad are open to all dancers aged 5-18 throughout the year.
We want to emphasise that competitive dance may not be suitable for everyone, as it can be an intense environment similar to sports competitions. Dancers should be prepared to meet professional standards and receive critiques from judges, although the rewards can be significant.
