Demi Doves Toddler Ballet runs for 2 and 3 year olds, helping little dancers build confidence, coordination and independence in a gentle class setting. Children can then move into RAD Pre-Primary Ballet and RAD Primary Ballet, where they begin to develop more formal ballet technique, musicality and class discipline.
Streatham also offers training for older students during the week. Tuesday classes include RAD Pre-Primary Ballet, RAD Grade 1 Ballet, RAD Grade 2 Ballet, RAD Grade 3 Ballet and RAD Grade 4 Ballet, giving students the chance to continue their RAD ballet training after school. On Wednesdays, more experienced dancers can attend Grade 8 Ballet, Intermediate Foundation and Pointe Work, and RAD Grade 6 Ballet. This makes Streatham a valuable venue for students who are committed to ballet and want to keep developing through the higher grades.
The venue is also home to our Mini Competition Team on Saturdays. This invitation-only class gives selected younger dancers the opportunity to train with more focus, build performance skills and experience being part of a team.
