To reach The Elite Dancers Academy at The Study Preparatory School, located on Camp Road in Wimbledon:

• By Car: Leave the A3 at Tibbet’s Corner and join the A219, Parkside (signposted Wimbledon). After approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Cannizaro Road (B281). Take the first right onto The Causeway and continue into Camp Road. The entrance to Wilberforce House is on the right-hand side.
• By Public Transport: Bus: The 93 bus route stops close to Wilberforce House at the junction of Parkside and Cannizaro Road. The route begins at Putney Bridge, travels through Wimbledon via the Broadway, High Street and Parkside, and terminates at North Cheam.

Our Saturday classes at The Study Preparatory School in Wimbledon offer a full morning and afternoon of dance training for children of different ages and abilities. This is one of our busiest Wimbledon venues, with classes taking place across the Main Hall and Blue Hall, giving families a wide choice of ballet, Acro, Jazz, Lyrical and competitive dance training in one convenient location.

For younger children, our Saturday timetable begins with Little Robins Baby Ballet, which is parent assisted and suitable from 18 months to 2 years. Demi Doves Toddler Ballet follows for 3 year olds, helping children take their first independent steps into dance in a gentle and encouraging setting. From there, students can progress into Pre-Primary Ballet, RAD Primary Ballet and the graded RAD ballet syllabus.

Ballet students at The Study Prep have a clear route through the grades on Saturdays, with RAD Grade 1, RAD Grade 2 and Grade 3 Ballet running throughout the afternoon. Older and more experienced dancers can also attend a Non-Syllabus Classical Ballet Class with Pointe Work, supporting students who are ready to strengthen their classical technique beyond their weekly RAD training.

The Blue Hall adds even more variety to our Wimbledon dance timetable. Mini Acro runs on Saturday mornings for children aged 3 to 6 years, giving younger students a fun introduction to strength, flexibility, coordination and floor-based skills. Students can also take Mini Jazz and Lyrical, Junior Jazz and Lyrical, Senior Jazz and Lyrical, and Advanced Jazz Tech, depending on their age and experience. These classes are ideal for dancers who enjoy expressive movement, musicality, performance and dynamic routines.

The Study Prep is also home to our Mini Competition Team on Saturdays. This invitation-only class gives selected younger dancers the opportunity to train in a focused team environment, building confidence, discipline, teamwork and performance skills.
